Project Update #2

The plight of the refugees from the Syrian conflict is not in the news as much as it has been, but it is still very much on the hearts of many of us in Llantwit Major. 

We believe many in our town will want to help to welcome a refugee family who has been screened and prepared by the UK government. 

A core group of us have met again and we are eager to establish links with civic and community groups of all kinds in and around Llantwit Major. We have identified nearly 30 groups to whom we will be reaching out. However, we recognise that we do not have an exhaustive list.
