Open Evening at Llantonian Hall

We would like to invite you to join us on Thursday 18th October at the Llantonian Hall from 7.30pm - 9.00pm as we seek to bring Croeso Llantwit, and what we are doing, into clearer focus in the community; and to show how we, as a community can provide a safe place and a welcome to a family who has found it self in one of the refugee camps as a result of the ongoing war in Syria.

Refugees are ordinary people in extraordinary circumstances.

They are people who, just like all of us, need a place to stay, a role to play - a community to belong to.

We will share with you what is happening, and what still needs to happen to help make this a reality for one family. There will be an opportunity to ask questions, and to discover more about what life was like before war.

There will also be music and entertainment, and Syrian style refreshments
